Q: What will happen after 12 months?

A: We hope you will be happy with Grove HR and decide to use it as your main HR system. We will keep the investment very reasonable. We are committed to help SMEs grow.

Q: I have a lot more than a spreadsheet to migrate. How do we make it work?

A: We will need to assess the complexity of your data on a case-by-case basis before we can commit.

Q: Why do I have to pay $1,000 if the program is free?

A: We are happy to provide you with Grove HR at no cost for the first 12 months. However, to do so requires to do some training for your key members and have regular check-in calls to make sure you get the most out of Grove. Also, we want to create a community of practitioners from whom you can learn. Therefore, we want to make sure you will be surrounded with other committed people.

Q: If I want to withdraw from the program, do I get a refund for the $1,000?

A: If the onboarding process has already started, we are sorry that the $1,000 is not refundable. If it has not started yet, we will be happy to provide a refund.

Q: If I have an issue with the Product, what do I do?

A: You will have direct access to our ticket system to request changes / improvements. The scheduled check-in calls with your Customer Success partner will be the best time to solve any pending issues.

Q: If I withdraw from the program (within 12 months), what will happen to my data?

A: You will still be able to export your data.

Q: What if I want to stop using Grove HR altogether?

A: We will deactivate your Grove HR instance for 3 months. We can turn it back on anytime upon request. After the first 3 months, your data will be archived. After another 3 months, your data will be completely removed from the archive.

Q: What happens if the number of employees in my company grow beyond 500 employees?

A: You may no longer qualify for this program and may need to move to one of the other Grove HR plans.
